Welcome to your personal client page! Here is where you will find everything needed to create your website.

Your Tasks

Below is a list of tasks to complete. Each one has been placed in a particular order and with a suggested timeframe for completion to help ensure we stay on schedule. Feel free to go faster if you can, just as long as each is done in the set order to ensure things go smoothly.

Don’t be overwhelmed by the number, each task has been split into easy to manage bite-sized chunks to keep things as simple as possible.

Handy Hints:

  • Bookmark this page as well as your personalised Google Drive folder (link below) so you can come back to them quickly & easily.
  • The recommended completion days are a suggestion only, we completely understand that sometimes things come up and life happens. Remember though, timeframes work both ways; the sooner your part is done, the quicker I can do mine and get your amazing new website up and running!

Instructions – Please read first

Below is some introductory information to help guide you through the next few weeks. The tasks have been created in a specific order to expedite the process. Before diving in, please take a moment to read the following instructions.

Task Completion

Within each task, if you are required to upload content, you will be provided with a direct link. If needed, you can also access all links via the personalised Google Drive folder button you can find on this page. The folder itself has sub-folders for your content and each has been named the same as the task list below so it’s easy to navigate.

Upon completion of each task, please shoot me a quick email so I know, and we can keep the ball rolling.

How to use Google Docs:

Several times you will be required to answer questions and provide written content. The method of collecting this data is Google Docs. You can either complete the docs online (requires a Google account) or you can download them and complete them with Microsoft Word.

Using Google Docs is strongly recommended as it can be edited by us both and is updated dynamically. It also saves double handling (downloading, completing and re-uploading again). Plus, comments can also be left too which is handy.

Here are the instructions for both options:

Google Docs:
  1. Sign in to your Google account if you’re not already and follow the links provided
  2. Open the doc and provide your content. It will save automatically every few minutes
  3. Shoot us a quick email letting us know when you’re done
Microsoft Word:
  1. Follow the link to the doc below
  2. Open the doc then go to File > Download > select Microsoft Word and save it to your desired location
  3. Leave your feedback, save the file, then re-upload to the website review folder (link below)
  4. Shoot us a quick email letting us know when you’re done

Uploading content to your Goole Drive Folder:

Sometimes you will need to upload content (e.g. images). The easiest way to do this is to minimise the size of your browser window so it isn’t full screen and you can see both the Google Drive folder and the folder on your computer where your content is stored. Then, simply drag and drop them into the Google Drive folder. Easy Peasy!

Incomplete tasks and inclusions

If you don’t want to complete all tasks properly or take advantage of all the inclusions, that is your choice. However, we strongly advise you to include all of what is within your package. They are there for good reason – and are based on all the research and education we have done to create customer converting websites.

Should any of the inclusions not be included in the initial build of your website, you have 3 months to add these in from the date of website publication. After that, any unused elements are forfeited.

Privacy

There are some tasks where we ask for sensitive information. Please be assured that these documents are stored on our SSL enabled (secure) website and only we will have access to them.

All other information shared with us is always regarded as confidential unless instructed otherwise.

That’s it! So, let’s dive into the first task!
