If you are just starting out, our signature system will give you a huge advantage by launching in the best way possible. You will probably find that you will need to tweak things as you “grow into your business” and learn more about your customers, but that’s totally ok! Business is an ever-evolving process so this is completely normal anyway.
After years as a web developer, I got so disheartened with seeing businesses work so hard only to barely stay afloat. Your marketing strategies shouldn’t hold you back from helping your customers which is why I’ve made it as easy as possible to get your hands on our signature system.
Yes, it’s worth much more than what I’m charging. It’s important to me though to share it with whomever I can as I’m passionate about helping small business owners. Helping you build the business you really want so you can live the life you dream about, is incredibly rewarding work.

What if I need more?
Just as your coaching business is unique, I completely appreciate that your website will need to be also.
The above pages form the foundational pages needed for almost all coaching websites. If you need more though, you can of course add them. No website is set in stone and can constantly be added to, adjusted and improved.
You can use the pages already provided as templates to add more yourself or hit me up for a quote to add more for you.
Modern websites have evolved from the set & forget philosophy and ongoing maintenance is needed for optimal performance. It’s like a car in a way and needs regular servicing to keep everything running smoothly.
Once the website has been published, 30 days of ongoing support is provided. Once this period is over, you are welcome to take advantage of our support services, including maintenance plans.
Otherwise, the responsibility for ongoing maintenance and updates falls to you.
We choose to use WordPress for several reasons, but mainly for its versatility. You can build any kind of website with it, customise it as much as you want, add as much functionality as you need, and you’ll never outgrow it. There’s a reason that it powers almost 1 in 3 websites across the globe.
Furthermore, the community of people that use and develop WordPress is enormous and allows us to tap into this collective intelligence and bring that wealth of experience and knowledge to your project.
The pages themselves are created with the industry-leading page builder; Elementor.
Upon completion of the website Rivmedia retains sole ownership until it is paid for in full. The site will be 100% fully functional and you will be given access, but it will be restricted to an “editor” role or “shop manager” role for eCommerce websites.
In short, you can manage/work with all the essential elements (pages, posts, products & orders, etc.), but cannot change any settings and any updates required outside the scope of the customer’s role will have to be performed by Rivmedia (which is billable).
As soon as the website is paid for in full you will be given unrestricted access and full ownership.
It’s incredibly difficult to come up with the written copy for your website with nothing but a blank canvas to start with. Or, for those with content already, to know how to optimise it for conversions.
This can often be a source of stress, frustration, and leads to really slowing down the website building process… We want to avoid that!
In the Coaching Website Content Guide, I have invested hours of work & research to develop a step-by-step system that removes overwhelm and makes this process as seamless as possible. It has been designed so you can either create the copy yourself or hand it over to a copywriter to finalise it for you.
We limit the number of clients we take on each month to ensure prompt turn-around times, which are usually within 30 days or less once all content for the site is provided.
So, this timeframe also depends on you and on how prompt you are in doing your end of the work and supplying what we need. We have a super tight process though that helps guide you every step of the way.
All proofing (copywriting, design, etc.), require the client to respond with any feedback and/or change requests within a one-week period to avoid delays.
If the client fails to provide any feedback and/or change requests during this time, proofs will be considered complete and handed over to the client as-is. The client can request more revisions later if needed for an additional fee.
Just as we value your time, we value our own also, so while our process might seem strict, it’s there so we can stay on top of what is needed to remain on schedule and get your website up and running ASAP.
I typically recommend Mailchimp and Calendly but I’m happy to work with all of the leading email marketing and online calendar platforms. As long as they are compatible with WordPress, I can hook you up!
If you can, use your own images. Professional headshots are always recommended over stock photos. Some stock photos are fine if they are good quality, but remember: You ARE your business, so showing yourself goes a long way in the process of building trust and likability. This is important for all websites, but particularly for coaching websites.
People want to see WHO they will be working with and choosing a coach is very personal, so you need to get personal too!
