To carry out work on your website we will require admin access. If we built your website or have provided support before we should already have everything in place. Otherwise, you will need to do the following:

  1. Log in to your website and navigate to Users > Add New
  2. Create an account for us with the username “rivmedia” and email address: libby@rivmediawebdesign.com.au
  3. Set the role to “Administrator”
  4. Leave the password in place as we will reset it to our own

It is ideal if we also have FTP access (required for some tasks). You can ask your hosting provider to provide these if you’re unsure. The details usually look something like this:

root directory: public_html/yourdomain.com.au/
web URL: http://www.yourdomain.com.au/
