A receipt has been emailed to you with your order details which you can also find within your account. To get your design underway we now need you to complete the following form.

Logo Questionnaire Form

The following form provides us with the details required to create your new logo. The more information and images you give us the better in order to provide us with clear directions.

Please note: if you have somehow stumbled across this page (aren’t you clever!) without first purchasing a package, you can compare our logo design options and prices here.

Logo Design Questionnaire

  • Important! (please read in full)

Describing what style you want for your logo can be very subjective; what modern, professional, or hi-tech is to one person can mean something completely different to another. So we find that it's much more effective if you provide visual examples of logos that you like to guide our designers.

The easiest way is to do a google image search for logos (they don't necessarily have to be related to your industry), download ones you like and attach them to this form.

We require at least 1 example but the more you give us, the better chance we have of creating something awesome!
